Having spent years in South African national parks immersed in nature, my recent stay at the Inn left me contemplating the delicate balance between luxury and value. the property boasts a rich history and a prime location, ideal for exploring on foot. the staff's warmth and efficiency, coupled with the accommodating manager, added to the overall pleasant experience. I did encounter some setbacks - from an issue with the geyser to a minor misstep with the pillow request. the lack of hot water proved challenging, and the oversight with the bedding disrupted my sleep. While the property offers standard amenities such as free parking and a leisure room, the absence of certain features like hiking trails or horseback riding may sway adventurous guests. the bar and restaurant are convenient seeking dining options on-site. Ultimately, the Inn provides a decent stay, but for discerning guests seeking a blend of affordability and luxury, a deeper evaluation of its offerings may be warranted.
